Los Angeles County filings go through the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk in Norwalk — the same stretch of Imperial Highway as our Norwalk office. We handle LA County paperwork from either location, and most of it never requires you to come in at all.

Entity filings are done with a state agency, not a local one, so where you live matters far less than people expect. We form LLCs and corporations in all 50 states — Texas, Florida, Nevada, Wyoming, Delaware, New York, Arizona and the rest — and the process is the same wherever you are: we gather your details, prepare the documents, file with that state, and send you the stamped result.
If you are outside California, everything happens by phone, text and email. If you are in Southern California, you get the option of doing it face to face. Either way it is the same office handling your filing from start to finish.
