Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday during business hours. If you want a specific time — especially on a Saturday — call ahead at (714) 664-0161 and we will set one up.

What should I bring?

A photo ID, the business name you have in mind, the address where the business will operate, and the names of any partners or co-owners. Bring any documents from previous filings if you have them.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. We will tell you what your business needs and what it costs before you commit to anything, and you are under no obligation to file with us.

Do you serve businesses outside Santa Ana?

Yes, in two senses. Locally we work across Orange County and Los Angeles County — Anaheim, Garden Grove, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Orange, Fullerton, Huntington Beach, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Downey, Norwalk and more. I am not in California. Can you still help me?

Yes. Entity formation is done with a state agency, so nothing requires you to be nearby. We handle out-of-state filings by phone, text and email, and you get the same person start to finish. The one thing we cannot do outside California is act as your registered agent — that needs an address in your own state.
